Important things to remember:

1. The systolic blood pressure is where you take the NEWS score for blood pressure, not the diastolic.
2. You draw a line between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure when recording BP.
3. If patient is on Air, write an A in the box which indicates Air.
4. YOUR initials should be at the bottom of the sheet, not the patient’s.
